Xavier Lucien-Reinette began his logistics career at UPS before taking on the role of Logistics Director at Habitat and then within the FLO Group. His managerial expertise in complex environments allowed him to make a professional shift within the same group, becoming a regional director. After a consulting phase with SME leaders, he joined the ELIOR company, still as a regional director, before taking on the role of Operations Director at Brioche Dorée (Le Duff Group) and then the operational general management of Courtepaille in a turnaround context. He subsequently joined the Pomona Group, where he currently serves as a Business Unit Director.
